[求助]Boot Fail QP242 SCU [复制链接]

Hello everyone,
this week i had a problem with my QP242.
It's a machine that consist in 4 modules, the last one is a tray unit.
During the startup, the machine shows SCU4 in yellow and does not continue.
We tried to solve by replacing PMC and SCU, check volts on scu battery, check 24v, but we did not succeed.
The machine has always been used with the coplanarity check control activated in the proper calibration data.
We try to send new proper with coplanarity check off, and the machine starts correctly.
Do you think that coplanarity can cause this issue?
Every time that happens this problem can not find the cause with certainty.

Please check the POWER 24V,5V,connector CN9,CN10,communication line,And ICM Active hus

so many reasons can lead to the error.
maybe PMC board,maybe power,maybe a relay.
