[求助]45FV校正HEAD-FLY OFFSET时出错 [复制链接]

45FV校正HEAD-FLY OFFSET时，用的是自动校正就是将那个自动校正选项打上勾，然后就是自动吸放吸嘴校正了。前面四个头都正常校正，到校正头5时，出现下列错误提示。
按顺序显示的代码是：
60B1 unable to check the existence of nozzle without light
6510 failed to move the z-axis to the nozzle inspection sensor position
bf12 error occurred in tskhead while executing the sequences
bf02 error occurred intsksch while executing the sequences
bfff error occurred in manual command

好像在日常工作中也发生过换吸嘴时出现错误，如某个头明明已经放下吸嘴了但ANC里面还提示有，但此现像不是太多且只需要手动放下就可以解决。所以没有过多注意。

这个可能是ANC感应器的问题,或者是汽缸的问题,调整看看
