MYSynergy solutions are based on a two-machine, in-line concept with fully conveyorization that is able to seamlessly increase production runs regardless of lot size or PCB complexity. Two solutions are available:
MYSynergy I offers a unique combination of high speed and highly accurate and flexible component placement. This is accomplished with a fine pitch MY9 placement machine and a MY9 with HYDRA Speedmount for high-speed placement. Together they provide a placement rate of 27,500 CPH, with a feeder count of 192 x 8 mm tape feeders.
MYSynergy II offers a benchmark placement rate of 42,000 CPH while maintaining feeder counts of 192 x 8 mm tape feeders. This feeder count in a two-machine concept is unsurpassed in the industry. With this package, both MY9 machines are equipped with the HYDRA Speedmount delivering high-speed placement with flexibility.
Both MY-Synergy solutions include MYSpeed, an optimization and line balancing software tool that increases machine uptime, minimizes changeovers and increases productivity. The modular design means the machines can be easily reconfigure into two stand-alone MY9 machines, should production requirements change. Once separated they can just as easily be reconfigured back into the MYSynergy solution.
As spare parts, operator training, preventative maintenance, programming, databases, and feeders etc are all common to both systems you are assured a good return on your investment no matter what your future production requirements are.
