GSM1一个SPINDLE CLUCH坏了安全SENSOR会不会报警?发射端接受端会不会通不过?如果不想换CLUCH怎么办?

the head you mentioned is a FJ head ,am I ritht ?
If just a spindle clutch failed ,no influents to machine running unless you are using the failed spindle .
If a Stop clutch failed ,you have go replace it at once .

I am not sure fully understand your meaning ,I try to explain this more clearly .
Fisrt ,Z safe sensor have 2 seperate parts ,one is emmiter ,the other is receiver .
There's one hole on each spindle ,if all spindle on a same height ,then the 7 holes will be in a straight line .It looks like a long pipe in side view .
The Z safe sensor is in located in upmost position ( Not exactly correct ,but almost ) .Emmiter send one light beam in horizontal , If all 7 spindles are in a upmost position ,then light beam will go though all 7 spindles reached the receiver .That is Z safe status ,Also mean all spindles are in upper position .

谢谢你!我的意思是SAFE SESOR 在什么情况下报警,你的意思是所有的SPINDLE不在同一个高度就报警,什么情况下SPINDLE不在同一个高度?难道不是其中一个SPINDLE CLUCH 坏了后才会出现SPINDLE不在同一个高度,或者STOP BAR 变形,或者孔脏了,或者SENSOR 设置不对,我很疑惑
