[已解决]sppv(m)印刷完毕时候出现错误: sc0310 convey motor error [复制链接]

错误提示：sc0310 convey motor error
请问有何高见，由于就一台设备无法对换排除，检查过马达和驱动器没有损坏。

你可以检查以下的三个方面:
1 AC SERVO MOTOR(CONVEYOR MOTOR)
2 SERVO MOTOR与DRIVER之间的联线
3 DRIVER
通常情况下,应该是你的AC SERVO MOTOR(CONVEYOR MOTOR)
的ENCODER坏了,因为MOTOR是有一定的使用年限的.更换MOTOR吧!或者还可以检查一下ENCODER的电压,应该是4.75V~5.25V

but,isn't the voltage of encoder 24v dc??

and for more , check the wires to the conveyor motor
there are two wires to the motor and one of the two have the flag to distinguish.
maybe there is a short circuit in the two wires
one flag is : CE(conveyor encoder wire)
the other is : CM(converyor motor wire)
