最近几天,我的CP42抛料严重,其中"11022338"较多,如何处理?.

从错误代码上看，可能是预转角不对。检查预转角那一个station的proper值是否正确。

先检查Part data中的数据是否正确，然后看是不是吸到元件的角了，因为方形元件缺角是会被抛掉的。
另：不知道抛料是扔在料盒子里了呢还是掉在XY Table上，如果是掉在XY Table上，则应检查真空，预旋转等参数及proper data。

Cause: The fine theta axis angle of rotation is greater than the limit set in Proper data.(CP4-1,CP4-2) The results of component vision processing indicate a compensation amount exceeding 30 mm in the Q direction.(CP4-3)

Remedy: Check the manner in which the component is picked up, and make sure that the device offset value is appropriate.(CP4-1,CP4-2,CP4-3) Alternately, set the Proper data item q_correct_limit to a larger value. Default is 30000 (set in increments of 1/1000 degree).(CP4-1,CP4-2)
