[求助] s20 rv leak after placement 但 segment 不固定 [复制链接]

我更换了PLUNGER无效
调placement stepmotor间隙0.2mm后也无效
无计可施了
求教各位高手请多多指教.

plunger换对位置没有啊，

报错PLUNGER都调换过还是无效
很是纳闷
郁闷啊!

吸嘴，ＳＥＧＭＥＮＴ白色软管,PLUNGER及外面的套,VACUUM DISTRIBUTOR , head broad
,vacuum sensor 都换过了依然报错．
我该如何是好呀！

把兩個stepper motor對調或是換一個看看。

报警多吗，每一下都报警，还是偶偶报警
是固定的那个segment吗？

segment 不固定, 说明和某个PLUNGER无关，检查PRESS SENSOR.

问一下，你的是哪一种机器（25，20，23。。。。）？用的PLUNGER是塑料的还是铝制的？？？机器的版本如何？

_ Move the placement system over the PCB conveyor 在PCB传送轨道上移动放置系统
_ Switch off the star and isolate 切断并且隔离
_ Take hold of the valve plunger and pull it out of the valve casing
握住电子管活塞并且从电子管防护罩中取出来

_ Insert clean and greased valve plunger 清洁后在电子管活塞上涂上防护油并将其插入

Cyclical nozzle test with the component camera on the revolver head
在旋转头上有照相机进行吸嘴测试

The component vision camera signals this error: 通过视觉相机可发现以下错误
_ The nozzle is worn 吸嘴破损
_ The nozzle has a dust liner 吸嘴上有脏物
_ There is solder paste on the nozzle 在吸嘴上有焊接残留物
_ Replace the nozzle (see error number 2277) 更换吸嘴（参看2277）

Cause: Choke of forced-air unit out of adjustment 原因：在调整时堵塞
Remedy: Adjust air kiss pressure 1方法：调整空气压力

Nozzle cannot be returned to the nozzle changer. Z axis remains in the bottom position
在Z轴底部位置，吸嘴不能旋转转动
RISK OF HEAD CRASH 旋转头碰撞的危险警告
_ First press the emergency stop mushroom-head push-button 首先迅速按下紧急停止按钮
_ Then switch off the placement system so that the gantry can not move and thus damage the Z axis
然后切断放置系统，从而使悬臂不能移动而对Z轴造成损坏
_ Check that the nozzle is not damaged 检查上面没有被损坏的吸嘴

The defective nozzle configuration of the nozzle changer can be displayed
在吸嘴更换配置中显示吸嘴损坏信息
From the Main view, click on the 'Stop processing PCB' icon 通过主菜单，点击紧急停止图标
Click on the 'Gantry' icon 点击悬臂图标
Click on the ' Vacuum test' icon 点击真空测试图标
_ Click on the 'Measure' button 点击测量图标
_ Check the measured values for 'Nozzle open' and 'Nozzle closed' 用标准值来检查吸嘴开，关
_ Correct the nozzle configuration (see error no. 401) 正确配置吸嘴（参看前章401）
_ Use the SITEST program to calibrate the nozzle changer 依照程序对吸嘴进行校准

谢谢大家的关照,SIEMENS　SERVICE来了，对掉了半头，怀疑
ＶＡＣＵＵＭ　ＤＩＳＴＲＩＢＵＴＯＲ　（有四个铁管子那个塑料东西）
好了一会儿．目前一就未好．

看一下连接在SEGMENT上的白色软管有没有磨损或一些小洞，导致它漏气。你若是用铝制的PLUNGER的话，那就麻烦了。

我认为还是气路问题了，重点检查气路。

你就先对调前半头试试
总能查出来的
从真空发生器到最后的吸嘴，就这个气路有问题，再排除一下真空测试板的问题，

Reject step motor 0.2mm need to adjust.
