    I think you are modest. In fact, I do not think your Englsih is poor as you mentioned above. It is good and you use the right words, expression approach. Come here frequently and tell us your feeling, happiness and so on. It is not easy for us to gather here.

    I think I can understand your feeling. In fact, now I work in a factory too. Two years ago, I came into the factory and work as a quality assurance supervisor. And I know it is boring to be as a process Engineer in a factory after a long time. You know, in my daily work, I need to contact with Process Div to solve some issues.

    Sometimes, when we feel bored, we should calm down and sit down to consider: because of my character, because of the heavy laoding, because of new opportunity coming and so on. Nobpdy can make the decision for you but yourself. When you come to make the final decision, you should try to know the reason you dislike the situation you meet now. The decision you make should be accordance with your long term development plan. Sometimes, we may choose to have a chage because of the salary. Certainly, it is not wrong to make the decision like this, but you should take long term development plan into account.

    Or maybe, you can tell us your feeling in heart now. Let's help you together!

  Glad to see you again. Today, I went to eMEX held by Suzhou from 16th to19th, Oct. Today was the last day of the exposition. Anybody went there?

  Because of busy matter, I went there today. And when I get there, it was a little late. But I still enterred into and had a look. Certainly, as usual, I saw 3M, AUO, ASUS, BENQ, HP, Honeywell, Panda, China Mobile and so on. I still saw some new machines used in SMT, but I am sorry not to remember the related info, take the message. After all, the time was a little short. At afternoon, it was closes in 15:00pm. And I saw HP, ASUS, BENQ and other corporations were on sales. But I did not find what I liked, then I just had a look.

    How about you? Everyone?
