I found some of the young QA profession here is having negative thinking that there will be no career path for them. In fact, QA is the most suitable candidate for top management (provided if this person has also expanded and learn the oerational management). Pls change your mindset and learn harder. Within four months to be a QC/QA HOD may hard to see in a real life. In order to be promoted to a role of QC/QA HOD, it may not enough of justification for the promotion whether it ams just because someone helps the company in successful of adhesiving an audit.

In general, a MNC will request an on probation period to an Executive for at least 3 months and 6 months for a manager post. In addition, Board needs to be approved prior to get a senior managerial role. Anyway it is good to encourage the teenage for the motivation.

花了一下午的时间一口气看完的，感觉前面的都还很好，只是从99年后感觉怎么过渡那么快，一下子就当上总经理了，是怎么跟那个老板认识的，这之间的过渡不是很明确！

现在我的经理就是你这么来的

不是很有道理。但可以拿来做做励志文章看看。
实际上条条道路通罗马。
做总经理与做QC没有直接的关系，保安也有做总经理的。
通常来说，做总经理最多的是市场部门出身，接着是财务部门，然后才是QA部门。
做好总经理要紧抓一个字 “人”。
