A multi-camera vision system (TRI-CAM) is equipped for full vision placement of all devices from 1005 chips to fine pitch
QFP and BGA components。

利用MPI贴装头每小时可拾放11,000个元件,若配置TRI-CAM则能在±0.01mm的精确标准上每小时拾放6000个,并能操作超
精细间距0.3mm的QFP元件。
MPI’s module head can place up to 11,000 components per hour. And if it’s used in conjunction with TRI-CAM,which place
6000 components per hour at +0.01mm accuracy levels and is able to handle ultra-fine pitch 0.3mmQFP devices。

Alignment
