i thinking many peoples know the company
in 2006,i join ASUS and working in smt process department ,in this time I don't understand what's smt ?

my first job was working in shenzhen GKI.

I like ASUS's laptop,but i haven't enough money to buy one! so i need work hard for large income!

i assume the system of ASUS is similar with Foxconn.

so, guys, don't change your job for money when you are young. to learn the SMT knowledge from skillful engineer and keep the postive attitude. at least working 3-5 years in this company i advice.

Then, after 3-5 years, these experience will be valuable treasure to apply for a position in these companies in Europe and America. SMT is known as Surface Mount Technology which is widely used in electronic industry.

You mean you already joined ASUS for 2 years already?And until now you still do not know what is SMT?
It's a problem.You have to think something about yourself:What I gained during past 2 years in here?What I should be learn?How to improve my study of this field?The people above give you some good suggestions like learn much more from the skillful engieers,do not always think about change the job for salary concern only etc.
So,you should be really pay much spirit and passion for your job,be positive ,be pacicent,be a prosperous future.
