GSM1 FJ Nozzle Change不能自动交换。NC Open/Close,Up/Down状态OK,请问如何Teach.

Adjust Programmed Fiducial Locations

Use this procedure only if the nozzle changer fiducials cannot be found during the Perform Nozzle Changer Setup procedure.

From the UPS+ Control Panel, select the Machine Configuration  icon.
Select Parameters > Changers.
From the Changer Parameters dialog, select the Changer number and verify the Changer Type and Changer Location are correct.
Select the Defaults button.
In response to the set all default nozzle changer parameters prompt, select Yes.
Select the Fiducial Locations tab. Modify the Fiducial 1 and 2 values. (Typically, add 1000 microns to the Fiducial Y values.)
Select the Hole Locations tab. Modify  the Y Location value. (Typically, add the same amount to the Y Location value.)
Select OK. At the Should the Changer data be written to active memory prompt, select Yes.
Return to step 7 of the Perform Nozzle Changer Setup procedure.

Follow the steps below to verify the nozzle locations on the Platform machine.
Palm up the E-Stop switch.
Push the [Start] button to enable the axes.
From the UPS+ Control Panel, select the Machine Setup  icon. The Setup Task Invoker dialog box displays.
Select Nozzle Changer Setup from the Select Setup Task text box.
Select Invoke. The Nozzle Changer Setup dialog box displays.
Select the desired nozzle changer positions from the Nozzle Changer window.  
NOTE
To select all of the nozzle changer location checkboxes, select Check All.
Select Activate. A message box displays.
Ensure all Platform machine covers are closed and push [Start].
The Platform machine positions the PEC camera over the location of the selected nozzle changer and performs a visual verification of the nozzle changer. This means that the PEC camera moves over the first, and then the second, nozzle changer fiducial. The vision system attempts to acquire an image of each fiducial to determine the exact location of each hole in the nozzle changer.
A live image of the verification displays in the Vision window. If the nozzle changer fiducials cannot be found, perform the Adjust Programmed Fiducial Locations procedure.
  Once verified, the Status column adjacent to the selected nozzle changer displays the following: Nozzle changer setup has completed.
Repeat steps 6–9 to set up additional nozzle changer locations.
Select Close > Close.
Palm down the E-Stop switch.
Replace the nozzles that have been removed from the 4-Spindle Head nozzle changers.

2.之前也遇到过这样的问题，我做过如下动作：A)对机器的进行restore，看是否有作用B)nozzle不能交换是否因为检查nozzles的sensor亮度不够，还是nozzle上的丝印不明显，还是nozzle changer的位置改变了，请从这几个方面考虑，希望对你有帮助

我叫你一个方法，绝对的可以：
1.先把 Torch down sensor 清洁干净；
2.校正整机；
3.Teach nozzle changer 位置；
4.把头上和changer里的吸嘴配置好。保证可以，我们这里转线都是自动换嘴的。

不知道有没有解决？
首先确认程序设置没有问题，不要hole里没有吸嘴还要去取，或者没吸嘴却要抛，护着hole里有吸嘴，还要再抛一个进去等等，排除这些再考虑纯硬件的问题。
补充总结一下:
1、确认changer本身的功能正常
2、校准changer
3、检查贴片头问题：
   1) Z轴运动正常
   2)touchdown正常
   3)检查确认FLEXJE的theta轴和编码器部分，归零之后吸嘴的角度是否正确。

第3很重要，如果拆过theta encoder，但没有正确安装调试，导致吸嘴角度不正确，是没法换吸嘴的。
