来谈谈Laser height(Laser position) [复制链接]

我们都知道，部品的类型不同，激光识别时的高度（位置）也就不同。比如CHIP的为（-1/2T）MM，SOT的为（-1/4）MM，SOP的为（-7/10T）MM。。。

但是，为什么要这样子呢？我想如果把SOT，SOP的Laser height(Laser position)设为（-1/2T）MM也应该可以呀。一样可以通过旋转来判别吸嘴和部品的阴影位置呀。有什么不同吗？

I am just wondering: why not refer to the instruction maunal, where clearly show the meaning of laser postion!!

Laser Position: It is a relative postion for laser alignment ,the reference is the uper surface of the component (0 level) ,it is alwasy a negative value.

different component type has different Laser postion configuration e.g. for Chip component laser postion=1/2 component height; for SOT component Laser postion=1/4 component height.

it depends on the component package

是啊，說明書上寫的清清楚楚、明明白白、真真切切。
為什麼都不看呢？

我想大家应该有点误会我的意思了。
我知道laser postion的定义，也知道it depends on the component package 。因为我也经常看说明书。我不解的是，为什么要这样子？不知道你们有没有试过把SOT部品库里的类型改为SOP后会怎么样，或者把SOT和SOP的component Laser postion都等于1/2 component height，那又会怎么样？
