Yes ,at the end of year ,a large of opeators quiet their job and go home spend spring festival. so,prodduction can not running smoothly.It is seriously !!

I  am expecting an Annual Bonus,

if it more,then someone should work hard in the new year.

and this is a common issue that factories are facing , in last month, i heard a real case which happened in an electronic manufacture in Chongqing. when employee who got a message of salary payment notice from bank . you know , a larger of OPs are leaving derectly without notice to their line leader or supervisors

i`ll get my bonus in this month too , last year i got three times salary for bonus , but , my salary is so sadly ,only a little .
