RV/D axis counting error:
preparation:
在解决问题前,先对sleeve和scanner进行保养,并check star zero point correction(特别是伴随出现“RV/D axis can't reach required position”的情况)
分析方法1
countting error是发生在固定的一个或几个segment上,还是不定的segment上,还是所有的segment都报错?
所有的segment都报错:
1. adjust 1.5mm distance(若在出错前未动过scanner,这一项可不做。)
2. Change scanner
3. measure track signal from axis board/interconnection board and check head board, if needed, changed
4. connection cables and related boards
5. portal conversion board.
counting error是发生在固定的一个或几个segment上:
1. 报错的segment与不报错的segment的sleeve交换过了吗?
若报错随交换的sleeve转移,则sleeve有问题(比如: sleeve 脏,划伤、损坏、破裂,光栅盘变形等)
2. 报错的segment在counting error的同时,是不是也会偶然出现RV/D axis can't reach required position?
Yes: Check star zero point correction.
Change Dp motor(Turning station) 或者 O-Ring.
3. adjust 1.5mm distance very carefully,结果怎么样?
4. adjust 1.5mm distance according to the segment that counting error occurs, and check.
a. check segment的偏差大不大?是不是被撞过?
b. this segment still counting error?
c. this segment is ok but other segment counting error?
despite of that, maybe you should adjust the 1.5mm distance once more and check.
6. adjust segment brake to ensure the movement of the sleeve is under control.
counting error occurs on different segment(经常或偶然):
1、sleeve脏,need maintenance?
2、读数头脏?
3、1.5mm distance未调好?包括scanner没在靠在固定边上?
4、最坏的情况:track signal在到axis board前有损失过大?、
分析方法2:在排除了简单错误(比如sleeve脏)以后:
为了简化判断问题出现在哪一部分,可以考虑交换RV-Head的前半个头做测试。
1、问题出在头上(possible reasons):
a. sleeve(dirty/bad)
b. star zero point correction
c. scanner(dirty/1.5mm distance/bad)
d. DP turning station(includes O-ring)
e. segment(shift? and sleeve brake loosen?)
f. interconnection board(include connection cables)
2、问题不在头上(track signal route):
a. head board.
b. portal conversion board.
c. axis board.
d. connection cables.
Comment:
要注意的是,1.5mm的distance要仔细调,它是scanner的读数位置到sleeve光栅盘的距离,也许要多调几次才会成功。
另外,1.5mm的探针的顶端要放在读数头读数位置调,并且注意不要划伤读数头。
