      double-density 16 channels* 9 pins = 144 pins

3) : A: 20115, 20116   B: 20113,20114   Sensehigh: 20118, senselow:20117

4):   fixture can not lock

A: 111111000000 binary = 4032 decimal. I.e. autofile number = 4032

同志，是2:18，不是1:9。那是有区别的。agilent的噱头而已。
