BeamWorks采用独特技术生产贴片焊接设备

以色列BeamWorks公司的自动激光可选择焊接系统与传统的印刷、贴片和焊接设备组成的SMT生产线 颇为不同，全自动可选择焊接系统SPARK400集检测、焊膏点布、贴片和焊接于一身，适用于小批量通用型SMT工艺加工、返工、整体低温焊接，满足细间距IC、BGA、CSP等封装器件的组装。由于设备利用激光加热，控制温度变得相对容易，熔化时间在毫秒量级，焊接质量得以提高。 [ 转自SMT之家论坛 http://bbs.smthome.net ]  JsZAP  
　　BeamWorks 的工程与运作VP Avi Levy称：“BeamWorks产品是目前世界上唯一使用激光可选择焊接技术的贴片焊接设备的公司。”他说：“BeamWorks的设备适用于小批量试制产品，如果仅仅10块板子，只需半小时的时间设置，远远低于设置整条生产线的时间；另外，它还可以用于大批量返工，比如在板上自动取下一个元器件，然后贴放上一个好的，或者直接在已装配好的PCB上组装丢失的元件。由于仅仅进行局部加热，不会影响其它部分，这是生产线所作不到的。”实际中不乏元件或BGA等器件因上料等种种原因需要返工的实例，Avi Levy说：“在墨西哥的一家客户有两台BeamWorks的设备，他们有三万个Dell计算机主板放错了BGA。”  Oz"@yL}  
　　据了解，BeamWorks在上海贝尔已有一架设备使用一年多。Avi Levy称：“大量产品生产转移到中国，促使我们来中国推销设备。BeamWorks在美国的电子装配业有相当的客户群。”BeamWorks在中国的业务由新加坡的集华（Chip Hua）仪器与器具公司代理。
