CP45的Z-AXIS馬達震動 [复制链接]

我公司有一台CP45機器的Z軸馬達有震動，貼裝零件時有角度歪。求大家幫忙出注意！！

请参考以下资料。
1.Trouble : In SM320, Z-axis Belt noise(or vibration) happen.
2.Belt tension calibration
- If the z-axis belt tension become 5N or below, noise(vibration) can happen.
- Calibrate it to 14N~16N. ( see the below photo)
3.Belt tension measurement
- Down the Z-axis to the end.
- Measurement position : 70mm upper position from the belt end.
- Hit(pluck) the belt and measure the tension with tension gage.

能否在详细点，我这也有一台45机Z轴有振动声

Z轴有振动很正常，伺服电机是这样子的，想解决这个问题很简单，首先你要知道是什么型号的驱动器，是Q型还是PY型，更改参数即解决。我的QQ：17389005

楼上的兄弟能否说说改哪个参数，有没有其他方面的问题

我没有看明白的是皮带张力的相关参数应该调到多少呢？
