 <title><![CDATA[使用DEK印刷机钢网容易堵孔？]]></title>
 <description><![CDATA[我公司使用的DEK锡膏印刷机，经常会出现锡膏堵钢网孔现象。清洗模式干、湿、真及湿、干、真等多种清洗模式都试过都没有没有改善。另在处理钢网堵孔使用酒精清洗后，堵孔现象更是严重！！请问是不是酒精清洗钢网时与锡膏产生化学作用致使钢网表面粘度增加？清洗后使用气，枪吹干效果也是一样<br />！有没有哪位同仁也用DEK锡膏印刷机，传授点经验<img src="http://bbs.smthome.net/images/post/smile/default/5.gif" />]]></description>

 <title><![CDATA[请教浸锡板工艺问题]]></title>
 <description><![CDATA[我们在做表面处理是浸锡板时遇到下面的问题：<br />1.铜离子析出，导致第一面过炉后出现大面积发黄，几乎变为金板，有时生产第二面会出现大面积据焊问题。<br />2.过完第一面后，第二面出现融锡现象，表面上看不出不良，第二面光亮如镜。但是生产第二面时出现大面积据焊问题。<br />3.双面板生产必须要在氮气保护下生产，且要在生产完第一面后第二面要8个小时内完成才能减少据焊的问题。<br />4，第一面生产的BGA在过炉后照X-RAY 只有8%的气泡，但是过第二次炉就变成20%～40%的气泡。<br />5.另外就是表面处理由镀金板或浸银板变为浸锡板后BGA不良由原来的0.05%变为现在的9.8%，几十个板存在同样的问题。<br />6.另外就是请教浸锡板锡厚需要及微米才能保证焊接性良好 <br />7.请教浸银和浸锡的工艺有什么区别，特别是SOLDER MASK干燥方面。<br />8.双面板的HOLDING time要求是什么，也就是说做完第一面后第二面要求多长时间内完成]]></description>

 <title><![CDATA[关于垫纸过炉问题]]></title>
 <description><![CDATA[相信大家都应该做过这样的吧？因为某种原因需要在板下面垫纸过炉，过炉子网面不是链条。<br /> <br /><span style="color:#ff0000 ">想问一下大家，纸大概能吸多少温度？就是说&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5或10&nbsp;&nbsp; 度&nbsp;&nbsp; 有木有？</span><br /> <br />纸是A4大小报表材质那种，比较薄的。<br /> <br /><span style="color:#ff0000 ">还有就是，<b><span style="color:#00b050 ">新纸</span></b>吸热还是过了<span style="color:#00b050 "><b>几次炉已经发黄的</b></span>吸热量大？</span><br /> <br />还有就是如果不垫纸，反面过炉会掉件么？我试过几次了，都不会掉件。但是不垫纸就是不放心。<br /> <br />不知道各位有木有研究过这个。。呵呵]]></description>

 <description><![CDATA[我们公司是专门从事LED照明的。研发有10人，工程3人，品质工程师2人（都是坑爹的，SMT咋回事都不懂，他们只知道一点组装的东西）。工程兼做制程，但是基本不管贴片这一块。贴片这边的工艺、制程就是我一个人监管了~~<br />看到LED论坛上说，公司需要注重研发，在研发上加大投入，这样才能得到好的品质，才能有竞争力！<br />我就怒了！那些大佬们不懂吗~其实工艺重要性一点不比研发低！品质就是靠工艺规划出来的！<br />]]></description>
