In order to be promoted to a role of QC/QA HOD, it may not enough of justification for the promotion whether it ams just because someone helps the company in successful of adhesiving an audit. In general, a MNC will request an on probation period to an Executive for at least 3 months and 6 months for a manager post. In addition, Board needs to be approved prior to get a senior managerial role. Anyway it is good to encourage the teenage for the motivation. |
