我公司日立TIM5200设备在清洁光源后TRAY加不上电，在设备启动后左下脚报：wrong floppy disk
屏幕上报：recog communication 65 01 01 15000001
an error occurred during data transfer between recognition an lighting control boards
有那位高人知道是怎么回事吗？
