Perhaps Workplace Values, Ethics and Emotions could effect the employee's Job Satisfaction (a person's evaluation of their job and work context). Employees become dissatisfied with their employment relationship, which motivates them to search for and join another organization with better conditions.
The management of an organization may want to look at the following areas.
- Identify the different types and levels of Workplace values.
- Define the main values that vary across cultures.
- Describe ethical principles and other factors influencing ethical behavior.
- How moral intensity, ethical sensitivity and the situation influence ethical behavior.
- Discuss the linkages between emotions and behavior
- Identify the conditions that require, and the problem with, emotional labor.
- Outline the dimensional of emotional intelligence.
- Discuss the effect of job satisfaction on work behavior.
- What are the strategies to increase organizational commitment.
