For screw,much plants don't have the special measurement equipment for all dimensions.So i suggest you can ask your inspectors to measure the diameter and the length,then compare with the golden sample.I think it is enough.

1. Generate a form for Incoming Inspection.
2. This form should have the AQL reference e.g. Inspection Level II etc..
3. Pre-assigned some critical areas for measurement in accordance with the Engineering Drawing. E.g. Thread ID, Thread angle…etc, with the Min, Mean, Max, as refer to JIS xxxx or DINxxxx or ISOxxxx..etc.
4. Threat gage check - Go/No Go gage check..etc
5. Torque Head dimension check?
5. Appearance check, such as
- Zinc (Yellow/Black/White...etc) Plating in accordance with FA sample/customer sample…etc.
- RoHs test report...etc
- Salt Spraying Test report...etc
6. Supplier or In-house Cpk chart may be need to be attached.

Remark: Torque wrench / Stress test may be required for above 5.8 grade.
