  I think I can understand your idea to change a job. What I can say is just to have a try to you when an opportunity is coming. But you should judge whether it is a good opportunity and whether it is worth doing before making your final decision.

  Yes, I have to admit there exists Time Management problems around me. Although I have tried to change something, at last I find I fail. Maybe I have not used the right approach, maybe because of my lazy habit, maybe, maybe, in a word, I do not do it well. Maybe I shoud sit down and consider how to make Time Management affect myself and go well. So, I say I study more from the info you give above. Thank you. By the way, can you tell me how you use Time Management to control your routine work or life? And I can take it as a sample,hehe.

I assume you may want to set your time table or used to stay on the desk after business hours, however today's creative idea is more concerning about "Flexible hour", which could extend to work, learning...etc

Thanks for your advice,I think you are right.I must be reference.It is very important to opportunity for everyone.this is the end of the year soon. I decide to study some profeesional skills,and wait for opportunity.If have a opportunity,I must seize it.
