锡膏做实验用到benchmark，aoi也用到benchmark，到底什么是benchmark呢？

最近我也在想这个问题，应该是对技术或设备的一种标准测试

这个词指的是一个标准。
锡膏做实验用到benchmark表示锡膏的标准测试，其他一样

benchmark means the best of class or the industry, for example, if one process parameter of Company A have been achieved to the best of whole industry, so we can call the process of Company is the benchmark process, so we always do DOE for process improvement to achieve the benchmark!!!
