In fact, last company I worked is one branch of Pegatron, which is located at Wujiang. I think, maybe some people from you can know. While, here, I can tell you, the name of that company is Askey. hehe.

Now, I work in a foreign company. Here, each day,  10 more people work here, or residential, or just for travel.

A good attitude is very important, and then you need to study to insist. You know, in the past 5 years, I also worked in some Taiwan companies. And I did not have opportunity to study english. Only, in the mail, I used English more. For oral english, I performed a little bad. I still rememberred that, a new project came in, and some foreign people from customer company came to do the support. When I tried to communicate with them, I founf I was very shy. Although I had many words in my heart, while, I did not know how to express. It was a problem. At last, I just talked with them aboutweather, just one minute. Later, I can not find the proper words, then I left. And I realzied that I perfomed an oral engish there. Although I thought that I can read, write, while, the mroe important thing was that I should express them with oral english. I needed to improve that situation. Then, I planned to change an environment to improve something.

Within the new environment, I performed not good at the beginning, but with the time, the  situation comes to get good. Just one sentence, more practice, more achievement...

Thanks for your appraisal. While, I think, with such attitude, you will get better than me in the following. if you want to improve and work with an active attitude, and you are willing to study, ten, the success you want to get will come soon. Trust me, man.

You can check the topic I opened here, Aug 31, 2008. In fact, I try to sponsor such a topic to discuss with you, not only the English, buy also the SMT knowledge. Thanks for the guys who visited there and th e words they wrote there.

Now, three years later, more than 40,000 people.time have come there. I feel good. It means many people here want to try to improve English.

In fact, for me, at the beginning, I have tried to find an institute to be trained. It is a pity that Idecided to give up due to the expensive training tuition, finally.

So, what i can tell you is to insist the active attitude and keep the enthusiasm, and keep learning. Just so so.
