Job Title:                             ManufacturingEngineer (IQC and Component level test, PE, system audit)
Reports to:                         ManufacturingManager,China
Department:                  System Development& Mfg
Location:                             Tianjin,China

RESPONSIBILITIES:
·        Daily CEM IQC management;
·        Clarify component quality standard with relatedNV colleagues like LDE, component quality engineer and Engineering colleagues;
·        Monitor First Article Inspection review infactory IQC to assure component quality compliance to specifications.
·        Work with CEM to make sure that CEM use properfacility & equipment & instrument to implementing IQC test / inspectionactivity;
·        Monitor and improve product sub-tier suppliersperformance through gathering relevant data and producing statistical reportsand through co-work with CEM IQC & NVIDIA SQE;
·        Providing technical support to CEM teams fromNPI through mass production.
·        Troubleshooting and identifying root cause offactory line failures related to component quality with NVIDIA/CEM qualityteam.
·        Responsible for ensuring execution of CAR fromsuppliers and CEM IQC, verify its effect in CEM factory.
·        Audit factory quality system.
·        Work with NVIDIA / CEM team to co-ordinateprocess engineering problems.
·        Implement continuous component & processquality improvement.

QUALIFICATION:
·        Bachelor degree, major in Electric engineering,Mechanical engineering, PE, IE, etc.
·        Fluent English in writing and spoken, preferablecertificated CET6.
·        Abundant experience ( above five years)  on IQC, consuming product component qualityand process engineering, such as fansink, connector, electric parts, LCM,process prioritizing, etc.
·        Ability to work under pressure in factoryenvironment.
·        Willing stay in Tianjin, willing to travel onbusiness to Guangdong, etc.
·        Hard-working, positive attitude and high spiritof team work.
·        Know basic SPC, FMEA, GR&R and other qualitytools.
·        Basic ISO 9000 and IPC knowledge.
·        SMT, assembly or testing knowledge is a plus.

·        Prepare consuming product QMP (qualitymanagement plan).
·        Perform First Article Inspection review in CEMfactory to assure compliance to specifications.
·        Audit CEM process and quality systems withrelated NV team for compliance with NVIDIA requirements for manufacturing ofSystem consuming product.
·        Setup and daily monitoring of PCA SMT, Wavesoldering and test processes.
·        Providing technical support to CEM teams fromNPI through mass production.
·        Investigating potential process quality problemswhich may affect production and implement continuous improvement.
·        Troubleshooting and identifying root cause offactory line failures related to process with NVIDIA/CEM FA team.
·        Review and support engineering changes toeliminate ambiguity or conflicts with part fabrication.
·        Assist with break-in analysis & tracking asneeded.
·        Work with internal team (planner, PM, buyer,Engineering) and CEM factory team to achieve production quality and deliverycommitments through good SMT / testing yield.

QUALIFICATION:
·        Bachelor degree, major in mfg/ testing / qualityengineering.
·        Fluent English in writing and spoken, preferablecertificated CET6.
·        Abundant experience (above five years) onconsuming product (PC, G/C, e-book, etc.) production quality managementexperience (PCA SMT/ testing).
·        Ability to work under pressure in factoryenvironment.
·        Willing stay in Tianjin, willing to travel onbusiness to Guangdong, etc.

·        Component quality, level 6 or level 10 assembly knowledge is a plus.

JOBPURPOSE
Need a dedicate Manufacturing Information System Engineerto support upcoming new project in Tianjin, connect and collect manufacturingdata & flow control between IQC, SMT, Testing, Assembly and Outgoing formanaging product quality, productivity and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
·        Responsible for setup automation testing andcorresponding data collection during production
·        To sure data flow without any problem and helpfactory to fix problem relate to data collection
·        Analysis data and log file to find out exceptionor fault in production line and ensure data integrity

QUALIFICATION:
·        University Graduate ( relate to ComputerScience, Information Technology or EE )
·        Knowledge on Java, C++ ( Prefer but a must )
·        Experience on Linux and BASH Script
·        Knowledge on networking ( Prefer but a must )
