Cause:  An error occurred during initialization of a board or in communication with a board.  This error occurred when Fuji OS system call_create_k300() which manages board initialization was used to generate event control blocks (ICB) for the remote I/O and the OP link.  The last number in the error code indicates the number of the board in which the error occurred.  0 indicates the first board.

Remedy: Press RESET and then resume operation.  If this error occurs frequently or cannot be corrected, notify Fuji.
